Jack Green sucks

Ok the previous blog entry I posted below is dated May 9th.. and the whole saga has been ongoing since early FEB.  Well today the customer service manager finally rang me a few minutes ago (he was on holiday it appears)  His answer to all my complaints was to offer me another 20dollar credit  'to keep me a happy customer'  LMAO.  I told him the number I was thinking wasn't a specific one, but that if he imagined the amount I would have earned making even minimum wage after adding up the combined minutes of over 4months worth of hassles and phone calls & letters to the ombudsman... he would be MUCH closer to a reasonable figure than another 20bucks.  I also clarified the amount of this 'generous' credit... the 39 dollars was INCLUDING the various administrative fees (non direct debit etc) as well as his GENEROUS credit.. of 25bucks *insert incredulous omg he's SERIOUS? smilie here*    After all of that I told him 20bucks wouldn't come close to keeping me as a customer, that I wanted to clarify right now that should I go through with the transfer of service to another provider, my owing them money would not prevent it AND that the contract cancellation fees would be waived considering how the contract is being canceled due to their complete inability to honour their end of it.  That being settled, I told him to keep his 20dollars and have a nice day. 

GodDAMN I cannot wait to be done dealing with incompetent business people!!
